Please tell me I am not the only one a little freaked out by the thought that Christmas is right around the corner? And Christmas cards too? It’s enough to make me freak out and crawl into a hole. I have been trying to get a jump on the gifts, but honestly the thought of cards went right out the window. Until a gentle reminder from my friendly Shutterfly.
Every year Shutterfly has been my go-to source for Christmas cards (and photo books, and picture magnets, and notebooks, and…. well, you name it – I’ve probably gotten it from them) and I intend this year to be no different.
My difficulty this year has been getting a nice shot of our family of six. Heck, I’d settle for getting the four girls to just all look the same direction at one time – but that hasn’t happened yet either. At least picking out a cute design to go with the future “perfect shot” is easy.
Check out some of my favorites:
As I was browsing I saw a theme develop: color and multiple pictures. Ha ha! I seem to be drawn to this every year. One thing that I love about these particular designs though is that having multiple images is one option, but you can also have a solitary photo instead. As I mentioned, getting one good shot of all of us has yet to happen, so I am thinking of using multiple pictures of the good times throughout the year – but if by some magic I get “the” shot, you better believe it’s going front and center!
AND IT GETS EVEN BETTER!
One lucky reader will get something from Santa a little early this year – $50 off your order of $50 or more (excluding tax and shipping & cannot be combined with any other promos (expire 12/14/2012). Leave me a comment by November 19 and tell me which design you like the best to get entered in this awesome Shutterfly giveaway.
And my last thought - beyond Christmas cards, Shutterfly offers some great gift ideas (like their personalized notebooks, magnets, stationary, etc.) so make sure to check out their Special Offers section to snag another deal while getting your card order in.
